Welcome to NinjaFilesRP. This RP series is based after the original series, so please do NOT claim characters. You need to fill out a small O.C. character sheet to RP, starting at Genin Rank, and working your way up, so please don’t come in insisting you become a mist swordsman, so forth, it’s just annoying. And really, the character sheet is not that difficult to figure out and to fill out in general. First off, you become chuunin by proving your worth in a Chuunin exam, held once a week, or whenever there are a mass of genin, then I will hold a chuunin exam on the spot, and then from there on, you rank up according to your ability and loyalty to the chat. But remember, you are not unbeatable as a genin, so please remember that.

Now a few rules to throw out there:
1) As a genin, you may only have one Chakra nature, and have C Rank jutsu and below. You can find them at: [link] and if you cannot judge what a jutsu’s rank is, ask an admin or wait for one to get on.
2)Do not god mod, that is saying someone was completely obliterated by an attack or throwing an attack at someone and saying it hits without giving the one on the receiving end without given a chance to dodge. But it is also a double-edged sword in a sense, you may not dodge something that is not humanly possible.
3)Be respectful of everyone, no matter what rank they are. If they are a Genin, treat them if you where to treat an admin.
4)Clans are unique in this room. Because of their traits, they have limited elemental affinities.
Uchiha: 2 Elements and Genjutsu
Hyuuga: 1 Element and Taijutsu
Nara: Only Shadow jutsu
Along With others:
Puppeteers: 1 Element
Complete Taijutsu: 0 Elements, but you can open all 8 gates
Depending on your affiliation, Jounin and up can Use 3 Elemental Natures at most, you can also use Ice jutsu if you have both Wind and Water jutsu. Wood jutsu is reserved for special cases and have to be approved.
5) And the most complex Rule of all. There are a number of people in the past that all want to be an Uchiha, here is the rule: There are 8 Uchiha households, and there can be a max of 4 children to each household, and you must ask permission to be an Uchiha.
6) There are A few of Jutsu that are forbidden except in events. These are Kirin and Shuriken Rasengan, because those are god-moddish techniques as they are.
7) You cannot use Rinnegan and Mangekyou Sharingan. Why? Because they are evil!
8)You cannot make a character with a Demon or a Curse mark, or have them be part animal and such.

Those are the basic rules and are some are complex, while others are easy to follow, but please, try and follow them. I use these rules to make sure that no one is an all powerful ninja skilled in everything to it’s peak. Please, bare with me.

Custom Jutsu are allowed, but it has to be approved. If you want to make a jutsu, you may ask an admin and they will ask you to describe your jutsu, please make sure it is not all-powerful. The list of Jutsu’s that can only be learnt from Admins are Rasengan and Chidori (any version… yea… I said it). Chidori is a limited technique and will go to very few people, while Rasengan is less limited, but just as hard to obtain. We have to trust you.
